"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

One of my best friends and I started college this year. He has a girlfriend back at home that he’s been going out with for a little over a year now. Early in their relationship she cheated on him with her ex boyfriend. They went on a little break for about a week or so and then got back together. During their break my friend kissed a couple of girls. A few months later she found out and freaked out and they almost broke up.

For a little bit they both stayed loyal, but she is starting to cheat on him again. but with a different guy. People from back home have been telling me about it and apparently a lot of people know about it because she hasn’t been trying to hide it. He really likes her (and I think she really likes him, she just can’t stop cheating on him) but they obviously need to break up.

What should I do?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I'd tell him.

Wouldnt you want him to tell you if you were in the same situation?

Bros before hoes

He deserves to know. Tell him. Suggest he drops the *****...offer to take him out on the town and get him hooked up.

Let him make the final decision though. If he's fool enough to go back, he deserves to have his heart broken.

You need to tell him ASAP. Put yourself in his shoes and ask yourself if you'd like to know. Wasting time on a b*tch that's cheating = time out of your life that you'll never get back.

If it's one thing I've learned here, it's that there is zero tolerance policy for cheating.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Dude, why wouldn't you tell him? He's your best friend.

It's easy to find the b1tches, it's hard to find the boys to back you up.
