So I started hanging out with this girl about 2 weeks ago, both 11 grade .We knew eachother for acouple years through friends but we never really talked much . So anyways we met in person again , gave me hers/n and start talking online , and eventually hang out a couple days later . She does a lot of kino , we watch movies , good eye contact , and she never has any objections to hanging out . Infact when i even hint at hanging out shes all for it . This weekend she ASKED ME to prom while chilling on my roof and i said yea. But even with all these signals , good conversations , and this chemistry i feel with her . We still havent hooked up, and it feels whenever the situation can arise she starts to back off. So im veryyyy confused with these mixed signals , and need some ideas suggestions because this is a strange one.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yeah, it's rare for a girl to ask you to the prom...REALLY rare. That's a sign of high interest so you have very little to worry about.
Yea im aware the signs point to yes . But like lets say were laughin , teasing her , i put my arm around her or put on some kind of move and she kind of looses focus and ends up kind of inching her away or looking nervous...I mean somethings not right here, ive read the bible ....I mean what do you guys usually do in a situation , just chilling with a chick but need to bring it to that next level? Idk if shes just playing cold or somthing or playing cautious because prom is still 3 weeks away and you know something bad that could arise from fooling around that would end up with me and her in a fight before prom. Im pretty relaxed with her to , good convos , and Id even consider her g/f material . Right now I think im gonna cut her off from me for a couple days, see how her intrest level is.
