"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I have ben with my current girl for 3 months. We were just "seeing eachother" for two of those months, and the last month we have been exclusive. In the past we have talked about what we think of eachother. I admitted tha I did like her alot (after she admitted it first).

However, i think she wants to hear me say "I love you", which i have not said yet. She seems to be beating around the bush about the topic. Sometimes she will say things like "well i know that you like me, but i dont know how you FEEL about me, you never tell me, so i dont know how you FEEL".

Online or in texts, she is constantly sending little hearts and girly sh!t like that. When I am with her or talking to her, it seems that she is in ove with me, or at least falling for me. I can tell by hear actions and ow she looks at me. I am starting to feel those feelings of love for her, but its not fully there. Do you think she may lose interest if i do not say it soon? Could this cause a problem?

ps. She has admitted before that she never makes the first move about anything...its the guys job she says. She would never go for the first kiss, ask to be exsclusive, or say i love you with out the guy saying it for the first time. She's weird like that, saying she doesn't want to put her self out there. Well neither do i lol!!

Any suggestions? Should i jus wait? or will this cause problems seeing as she is my gf, we are exsclusive and spend time together etc...?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Your girl needs reassurance in one form or another. Saying those three words would easily fix the situation but it could backfire on you if you aren't being truthful. There's other things you can say or do to help reassure her, something on the lines of that you dig her and are willing to see where things go.

Like Francisco said I think she needs reassurance but if you ask me it sounds as though she is going to become very clingy, quite possibly in the near future. 3 months is not a lot of time to be acting like that. Be direct with her and explain that you haven't known her long enough and mention that being in love is not something to be thrown around lightly. This sounds like high school, lol. Anyway just try to spend time and enjoy yourself around her- saying "I love you" is probably going to make it much worse because she is seeking validation and is infatuated with you. Be careful ;)

Yea I am really not ready to say i love you yet. I'm really into her, but idont kow if it is love yet. She is a little clingy, wants to see me every single day. Thankfully i am pretty busy and cant see her every day, but i do chill with her a lot. I am enjoying her very much.

If she brings up anything about love i will say what you guys said, until then i will keep my mouth shut. I'm just wondering whats going on here with all the questions about my feelings, all of a sudden hearts are every where haha(text, AIM, etc...)

Too soon to tell, if you said it's been 9 months then that might be love but at this early stage it's not. Don't be fooled even if that's what she's feeling now.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
