GF is going out for dinner with male tutor

Like the title says, my gf is going out for dinner male tutor. This guy seems to be very nice to her ever offer her a discount for classes 6 hours for 90$, and now he wants to go to dinner with her. Should I be worry, or am I paranoid. Usually i'm not like this, I let her go out with male friends when there is a group, but not one on one meeting. What should I do guys.
