"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok we talked last night with her 2 friends that we were gonna all go drink together tonight. This morning she told me she would text me later today. Well she didn't text me til about 5 which isn't normal for her. We texted a little. Well now it is 8:30 and I asked her if we were still on. (I know that was a mistake). Anyways she said she was drinking with some friends but I can come over later tonight. I'm kinda pissed and hurt haha but I do want her to enjoy time with her friends but she could have told me. Idk why she acted so strange today but anyways how should I respond?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Don't do ANYTHING about this. This is the first time, right? If so, don't overreact... If she does it again tomorrow and the next day, however, it may be time to take care of yo' business.

I gotcha. I was jw what I should say to her. I don't want to have to wait and come over later after her friends leave. Like I'm leftovers or something haha. What should I say?

Why do you think she would do something like that? Did she give any excuses?

Oh and why was it wrong to ask if you were still on?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
