getting rid of a belly

hey guys,

I have two things I want to address on here

One is that recently Ive been growing more concious about a horrible beer belly Ive had for a while. I want to get rid of it. Other than that, I think I look like a pretty normal guy, maybe on the skinny side. Its just the belly. I dont have any abs at all.

I'd like a good ruetine and exercises anyone can recomend for me to get rid of it.

The other thing is.....I get sleepy and tired really easily in the early afternoon. I think I get plenty of sleep ( maybe around 7 or 8 hours every night ) but it still happens. Im not sure whats wrong there either.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Anyway, in order to get rid of your belly you first must diet right. Cardio, by itself, won't get rid of your gut. For a good guide as to how to eat to lose your belly (cut your body fat), read Deisel's guide.

As for getting tired, I believe that is caused by your eating habits.
I use to have the same problem. I would eat two big meals a day, but found myself getting tired. Now I eat about 4 smaller meals and take in the same amount of calories, but I have much more energy. Also, drink lots of water. Ever since I started drinking water, my energy has risen through the roof.

Don't want that beer belly? STOP DRINKING BEER!

Want more energy? Drink some water, cut down on sugary foods for lunch. Cut a few calories out, and have a couple pieces of whole grain or whole wheat bread with some peanut butter on them. Have the peanut butter sandwhich at ~2 or 3 oclock.

That'll fix ya up till dinner.

I dont drink beer or anything - the belly just petrudes out and looks like one. I have no idea whats causing it, problably my crappy diet like you guys say. I should have made that clear before.

One problem could be your posture.

Fixing it won't get you abbs. But if you have bad posture it can cause you to look like you have a beer belly when you don't.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
