"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Who cares. Skip was sadly mis-guided and that thread was trash.

Myspace sucks for picking up women. I have MUCH greater success in the real world.

Meet women in real life and then get their myspace...it will work so much easier that way..

Im trying profiles with hot pictures of hot dudes and different content featuring different personalities. This is screwing around and finding what works better.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Probably not the one you're looking for, but here's the latest one I remember: http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=114531&highlight=myspace

To all the haters - just cause you suck at picking up chicks online doesn't make it a bad resource.

Couple things I've found out:

1) You have to be pretty unique in your approach on Myspace, as your emails will be directly tied to how a person perceives you by your profile. Not sure how to better explain it. In that other thread MBS says what works for him. I tried it, and it didn't work at all. I have my own method that's different from other people's but works for me. I'm actually conducting a bit of an experiment to see what my success rate with my current approach really is. So far about 10%.

2) Even though your success rate per attempt is lower on the net than in real life, that doesn't make it worse. The fact of the matter is that while you may spend X minutes chatting up 2-3 girls you meet in a day somewhere, I can contact a good 20-30 in the same amount of time and have roughly the same overall success rate (final outcome in numbers remains the same and so does the time invested).

banGbro,

I didn't mean to come off as a smarta$$ to you. I've just done what your talking about. I dated a couple chicks that I met through myspace so the potential is definately there...but there's alot of hassle. Just read me out:

In person, you SEE each other. That way theres nothing to hide. I've met some chicks that looked ALOT hotter in their pics than they really are. For both parties its better in person because that way you each get to see exactly what your dealing with. Also, I've noticed that its hard to be ****y/funny over email/aim. Alot of times you have to be EXTREMELY clear in what you say to them, or they can take it the wrong way. And something else worth noting is the fact that even if they respond well to you, they almost always flake out when you try to get a date. Numbers I could get all day...but getting them out of the house and into a date was like pulling teeth.

md3sign,

In response to what you posted (the #'d things)

1) Your absolutely right. I had a very high response rate on my random emails I sent out. I'd say at least 70% would respon back. Of that I probably got 50% of their aim SN's and 20% of their numbers. In the 2-3 months I spent trying on myspace I only got 2 dates out of the deal. A couple I ran into in real life but those werent dates. Like you, I developed my own style that seemed to work really well.

2) You may be right, but when somebody else besides skip starts posting about how he's averaging 5+ dates a month from myspace I would still consider it a waste unless its done at a time when I CANT be out socializing.

Let me make one last statement:

Everything I say here is MY opinion, and you know what they say about those... The way I see it is I have a better chance in real life...with fewer #'s of females. If I screw it up on myspace, then I probably have blown it with the girl in advance if I ever run into her in person. Also, who knows how many people she's talking to online? I get the feeling alot of girls think of guys as being creepy when they try to pick them up over myspace/aim. And if you move onto her circle of friends and she finds out...then what? Suppose she blows you out of the water BEFORE you even get through her friends list. Just my thoughts!:D

My opinion on online is that it is total crap, I disagree with DD that you could lay b1tches online in masses. Maybe you could, its not fun. In person stimulation is so much more.

Im taking pictures of hot dudes from hotornot.com, putting them on myspace, and creating different profiles. So that I can test out both looks and message.. I measure the responses by how many I get and whether they give me their IM when I ask.

Im just fvcking around here, and using this as a motivation for me to wake up tomorrow around 5:30 and start running and get myself in shape. The fact that you see females responding to hot guys in such different ways hits your balls pretty hard, especially when you can visualize your real life encounters and picture yourself being hotter.

I think this will work.

hehe. one of my promotions co workers wore a tshirt to day that read "You looked way hotter on myspace" I couldn't help but laugh.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
