"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Hi all,

Here's the deal: I want this girl, badly. She's HB 8, very cute and we have some pretty good chemistry.

She broke with her boyfriend, not because of me but according to her, he was so damn pushy.

Our relationship is pretty cool. You know, pretending we're boyfriends...she goes ''you're handsome...cool..beautiful...i want you so bad'', and I say the same. Not serious in all times..you know. Just some ''playing conversation'', joking sometimes.

Yesterday morning...I opened my heart to her, said that I like ker and if we have some chances in future. She said she likes me very much...but now..she needs some space, after breaking with her boyfriend. She said in future who knows...because we have some chemistry.

A curious thing...she sees me as the ''guy that go with every girls'', you know..she doesn't like those fast relationships. I said...that I'm not this guy and bla, bla, bla.

On afternoon...we didn't talk too much but we had some eyes connection but her eyes were different to me...like thinking in something else.

What behaviour should I have to get this girl? Ignoring her...showing her that I'm busy....or being pushy as I was...I think that I was a bit boring with all that conversation, quite lame.

Your opinion..

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I'm pretty sure she's a decent girl, but don't pay too much attention to what she says. She wants you around her because it makes her feel good about herself, that's pretty much it.

As for your situation, and what you can do to get out of the friendzone you've put yourself into: you need to make a move, and you need to make a move fast. Whether or not she agreed you two had chemistry is irrelevant, you need to act like there is chemistry and always has been. Ask her on a date, be flirtatious, do the C&F thing, get some kino going, and then if you read IL signs on her part you'll know you're doing good.

All that being said, I believe that the most important advice you can receive right now is to stop putting so much attention in this one girl. Are you dating other girls? are you even seeing other girls in your life? shall things not work out with this one, are you done and totally out of options?

Set yourself some objectives and stop thinking so damn much -- start doing what you want to do. Don't pretend you're busy, but actually be busy!

Come back to us when you'll have had a date -- or when she'll have rejected you. Either way, you're better off than what you have right now.

I opened my heart to her
oh dear....that was a mistake. I hate to be negative but this situation doesn't sound good.

she needs some space, after breaking with her boyfriend
:(
I wouldn't put too much faith in that statement if I were you.

I would say more but I'm tired and Bill pretty much covered it.

Firstly, thanks for your replies.

@ The Juan and only. Yeah...pretty stupid of myself. I gave her all the power...meaning that I'm after her. Any tip to overcome situation?

Yeah, there are some girls that I can go after but this is one is special, you know...

Maybe some ignoring on her should do fine... :p

Why is she special?
Is she your girlfriend?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
