I've gotten several numbers so far but I can't seem to get a date. Either the girl won't reply back to my text, or stop replying after I ask them out.

Numbers are meaningless and are only a constellation prize if you don't succed with an insta-date. You have to go for the insta-date and if the chick agrees, it will soldify the number. Chicks aren't calling you because there's no emotional investment on their part and you get them to emotionally invest by building more comfort and rapport.
