hiyo!
i've been lifting weights regulary for around 11 months, now that year 11 has finished and resumes on the 15th of Feb, I do weights at home.
I have a bar, dumbells and one of those stretchy things that prison guys use :woo:
I can add weight to the bar, so i've got stuff like arms and back covered.
I do pushups to help keep my chest in abit of shape (seeing as I dont have access to a proper gym with bench etc.) and also situps / crunches / russian twists for my abs.
I'm pretty happy with my body since I started doing gym, what i'd like to do is gain more mass on my arms, while trying to really get a 6pack to come through on my abs.
And also how much should I eat? What foods should I avoid / eat lots of?
What's the best way to go about this? Since last week i've been adding heavy weight to the bar when I do curls so I struggle to curl it 8 times. High weight + low reps = more mass?
And whats the best way to get that 6pack look on my chest?
Help appriciated guys, ta!
