Yeah I have a problem with my girlfriend. Basically when we make out and such I usually end up touching her all over , etc and making her feel good. This includes fingering and like simple forplay. Havnt gone down on her yet tho. How ever she hasn't touched me AT ALL yet??!! Like not even the slightest feel through my pants. She just makes no effort. there are some people who just dont know when to make the next move.
now maybe they are waiting for you to make all the moves.
now maybe they are just comfortable with the moves that are already going on.

there comes a time when you have to just gently take her hand and hold it and then slide it where you want it.
