"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Was seeing this girl for about two months, everything went great until we hit a point where we were both too busy to continue the relationship. She wanted to remain friends, i said no that wouldnt work and that we should go our separate ways and possibly hook up sometime in the future. She was upset that i wouldnt be friends

Today i decided to call her to say whats up and eventually i asked her to hang out sometime soon. She sounded excited and said sure we defintiley should soon, so i said i would call her and let her know. Things have eased up for me schedule wise and i would like to continue where we left off two months ago. The problem is, i dont know if she used the "ive been so busy" line just to end the relationship or if she was genuinely busy and couldnt continue at that time.

Its been two months now so how would you guys approach the "get-together" when it eventually comes?? I've always been ****y/funny with her and it worked like a charm so i know i will continue to do that, but do you think I should go for it with her again and try to make a move on the date (kiss close if the situation presents itself) or do you think i should play it cool and play hard to get??? I'm trying to avoid the friend-zone. Do you think i should wait awhile to call (week??) and set something up or would you do it fairly soon (i was thinking of calling Sunday and setting up something for Wednesday night). I would like to hear some general ideas of how you guys would handle the situation. thanks..

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Sorry dude,

No man or woman is ever "too busy" to interact and engage with one of the opposite sex that he/she admires!!

Leave it alone.

normally i would agree with your statement but the reason she was busy was that she had family visiting from overseas and she had to hang out with them all the time. Plus her family is very strict and dont allow her to date so it was difficult to make time. there were a few times where she was busy and had to cancel plans, etc, and i called her out on it. She quickly apologized every time and said she will try to make time and told me not to leave her and that the interest level was still there but everything has been hectic. We reached the point where we were fighting all the time about it so we both decided to move on for now and see what happens. Puerto rican lover, i do agree that people make time for the ones they are interested in. but i think this situation is different. But i do have some doubt (albeit small), that she lost IL and just wanted to end it with me.

Doesn't hurt to try again - but make concrete plans to do something fun right away - if she denies you without suggesting an alternative then excuse yourself politely.

Well if she genuinely wants to hang out with you and has told you she is busy.. she must make a counteroffer (she's busy on fri/sat, but sunday is good - something like that) If she doesn't make a counteroffer or any half hearted attempt to "hang" out with you - ignore and do whatever. see other people. She already knows you intend to "hang out with her" - it's up to her to make a counter offer... relationships go both ways.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

We're hangin out tomorow night so i have to be on top of my game. taking her to this bar/restaurant, with pool tables, etc so it should be fun. If things go well and we end up making out in the end, i'm thinking about stopping after a few minutes and say "i have to go"(to leave her wanting more). Do you guys think thats a smart move for this situation???
