"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Get Over the Fear of Rejection

I used to be the guy who would see a cute girl across the room and want to talk to her, but I would feel that twinge of pain in my stomach. I was scared of rejection. This simple emotion held me back for a long time from talking to some hot pieces of ass. Then I found out about a very simple and easy formula to never feeling this fear again. It is a 1 step formula. Are you ready? Here we go...

Ok firstly watch this video:

Now you must follow Richard's instructions closely or this will not work. Go to a comfortable spot, maybe your bed or a nice chair. Relax. And rehearse mentally what Richard says to do. The hardest part for me really, was getting a good mental experience of my fear. The stronger you can feel the emotions the better. I imagined that I just saw a girl that I wanted to talk to and I was going to approach. This served up a nice imagined experience of fear. Then I moved it outside of myself, spun it around et cetera.

It works, it may just take a few tries. This won't give you the motivation to go approach etc. but it will get rid of a huge barrier that was holding you back. After I did this I was able to go approach fearlessly. I have some other techniques for the approach but they are beside the point of this post...

All my best,
