I first passed this site about six months ago. The funniest thing happened; after reading the Bible and everything, I just stopped caring about women. I didn't agree with a lot of what was in there, but it did open my eyes to a lot of things, and now I can say I am a better person for having read it. However, like I said before, I kinda stopped caring about women, with all the hassle involved. I do what I want to do, and the girl factor just slipped away. It turns out I really cared before because I wanted to prove my worth, and I really do not need to prove anything before. Ah well, I do believe I sparked interest in several girls since then, but with my lack of interest, they just kinda moved on.

Just curious, how would I go about getting a girl to ask me to prom? I'd rather it be one of my friends to keep the awkwardness bullpoop out. (so I have rapport, but far in the friend zone), and I really don't want to go as anything but as friends (I would like to stay in the friend zone afterward:cool: ). There is a five dollar's wager involved, if you really want to know why I am asking this. Keep in mind I have a week or two at most.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

well I partially agree with you especially depending on how far away your prom is the girls are probably desperate, but I was asked by 4 girls to prom the day after I broke up with my g/f and two of them i'd say are desperate. The other one has another date but said she'd rather go wtih me and the 4th one is in college and came to me and said she'd go to prom with me. That might be more likely she just wants to go to prom, but I've dated her before and there is chemistry there.
