"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I'm seeing a girl that shows extemely high interest in every way, except for one: she has no interest in reading my screenplay. When I told her about it, she asked me a little about it, and that was that. My question is if a woman were sincerely interested in you for all the right reasons, wouldn't she want to know everything about you? It would be like me knowing she's a painter, yet, I don't want to look at any of her paintings.

I'm not going to hold this against her, I'm having fun. But without her taking a genuine interest, we're just on borrowed time. Time will make her feel like we've got something real, but you and me know we've got nothing but time.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

What are the signs of extremely high interest she's showing?

Why do you think she has no interest in reading your screen play? What did she tell you?

Details please.

High levels of interest: she always calls; she always sends text messages; she always wants to get together; the sex is constant; I have final say about whatever we're going to do; she was going to not go on a trip with friends to spend time with me, which I refused. My problem is that she likes me a lot, but like most people, I'm not sure she knows what true compatibility is like.

I've mentioned the screenplay more than once. The first time, she asked the general "what is it about." The second time it was mentioned, she didn't say one word about it. Now, if someone is trying to get to know me, this would be the most telling thing about me.

Perhaps she's even more aware that you two are not too compatible, but she still likes you so much that she wants to continue spending time with you, and enjoy her time, as long as it lasts. She might realize that this might not last forever, but willing to go along for the ride. She might also think that her high interest and attraction for you will be enough to carry you through.

You also might be dealing with somebody who just "lives for the moment". Does she plan her future? Is she done with school? Is she in a carreer she wants to be in for a long time?

This is a good test to find out a lot about her, with a short question. Ask her, "What are your passions in life?" or "What are you passionate about?". There is a good chance she doesn't even know, since she hasn't been asked that before.

You seem to have your passions and things that you pursue other than relationships. She might not be mature enough for where you are at?

I never thought of that before. I assumed if she was passionate about something, it would have come out. I will ask this question when I'm bored with the sex, I don't want to ruin a good thing just yet.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Haha, sounds like you already know the answer to that. You can still ask it, and don't make a big deal about it, don't come across as judgemental, and you should be ok.
