I don't really care if I get flamed for this. Little Big Planet is a day one purchase for me. Seriously there are so many levels I want to create. I can't wait for this game to come out.

LBP doesn't seem that appealing to me. Yes it looks cute and you can do a ton with it. The problem with it is that I am not creative at all so I would never use the level creation feature and that's where most of the fun is. I might rent it.

As for game of the year. That's going to be Metal Gear Solid 4.

The game ships with 50 levels. Once the community is up there are going to be thousands of levels that you can download. So if I was you I would wait a month to rent it. By then there should be plenty of levels that you can choose from. BTW I still haven't played MGS4 I'm going to buy it this weekenf.

I really want to make Super Mario Brothers 3 stages for this game. That and I was thinking about making my entire city in this game using the eytoy. Me and my buddies have some pretty sick concepts for this game. When I get the game if I make anything good I will post it here.

I like Mario Kart I just don't think it is GOTY08. Don't get me wrong it's a great game , but one 4 games coming out at the end of the year will most likely win GOTY08. (Fable 2, LBP, Gears 2, or Resistance 2) If anything another Nintendo game has a better chance of winning it which is Brawl.

Oh as for GOTY09 I would have to disagree. This would be my candidate.

Spore and LBP are two completely different games. Seriously Spore is a completly different game than LBP. The only thing they have in common is the create aspect. See the thing I see with LBP on different forums is you either love it or hate it.

Let me explain the game a little more. LBP is in its simplest form is a platformer. The great part about it is that you can create your own levels. LBP also has 4 player co op. You can also create levels with another person like you saw in the first video. Some people don't like the design of the characters which is understandable. This game is trying to attract a wide audience.

Look at the previews for this game. The major gaming sites for the most part have written about how excited they are about this game. Some people might think this game is for homos. Well that is your opinion. I think this game has a shot to be GOTY08.

It's a little different for me. My friends are *******s and told me the entire ****ing story. I was really looking forward to playing it till they told me what happens. I haven't played it or seen anything about the game since it came out so that when I play it I hopefully forgot what my friends told me. That is why I'm trying not to mention it Yeah that is another game that will be up for GOTY08.

On a side note I got them back. I told them all the good parts of The Dark Knight before they watched it.
