Fwb won't use birth control pills advice

So been with this girl for over 1,5 years. First 9 months in a exclusive relationship and then we changed it in to a "Friends with benefits"-deal. During our exclusive relationship she always used birth control pills and a few months after we went FwB. Her doctor said that she has to start taking other pills due to health risks (for example trhombosis). She tried out other pills but they led to extreme mood swings, periods for many weeks. They just did not work.

Now she has been maybe for a month without any kind of protection from her side. We have always used a condom (even when she was on pills) and like 99% of the times banging her I can last long enough to make her c*m first and then she gives me a BJ or jerks me until I c*m.

Now, I am still worried that she can get pregnant in the intercourse from precum or if I happen to bust inside her. How should I proceed in this kind of situation? I have discussed with her about this but it has not helped. And to point out we are both at the age of 19.

There are plenty of other options.. IUD, depo provera..

If you're only using condoms, be sure to use a spermacidal lubricant with them for added protection. Most condoms no longer come with that on them, so you'll need to buy a separate tube/bottle.
