You should be out finding better prospects if she is only a fwb. On a weekend evenings you should be setting up new dates or hanging out with buddies.
If you do hook up on the weekends it should be late and after you've both had your fun while out. So I have to say that she had the right idea about meeting up "late". Stay calm and don't burn the bridge.

Yeah, she's just a FWB to you so she's not going to make you a priority and drop having fun with her girls to go over and sleep with you. She was probably herself looking for better prospects last night.
I would expect flakiness in FWB situations because as fun as that may be, most girls are looking for something more so there's little incentive for them to stick to being someone's f**k buddy when they can meet a guy who is offering more ( girls can get sex anytime remember).
So if she's the only girl you have going right now, meet more girls and don't make spending time with her a priority. Even if you just want more plates and nothing serious, it's better to have a few of those going so you can go with the flow and not expect more from any one individual girl who will likely continue to be looking for a better deal anyway.

I made a mistake. In the beginning, I was inviting her over for just sex. She kept asking me if I was going to have food the last few times we hung out. I decided to take her out the last two times for appetizers and drinks followed by sex. I was trying to be a nice guy, by at least taking her out for some food, instead of just inviting her over for straight banging. Silly me and my AFC ways. Going forward, no food, spending no money on her, just asking her to come over for straight bang. Thanks guys.
