Like 99.9% of men, I am the same way too I guess.

Any girl who is atleast a HB5 and is not with another guy in the bar/club scene is like a wounded animal about to be pounced (hit on) by hungry hyenas (horny men).

I saw something funny at the club this weekend. This HB 8.5 was dancing with her friends (she was the best looking one of the group) and within minutes there were about 5-6 guys surrounding her just staring like a pack of hungry hyenas.

Listen, it's not like those men will do anything. Some of them might be good enough to become a friend, others are just plain unattractive desperate chaps.... It's like your girl is having a gay guy friend.

Yeah it is typical of the scene. However what I have noticed is that very few of these guys will take any real action. They will dance around her like chodes hoping that she will pay them attention.

A long time ago when I first started going out I used to think that all the guys in the club where better than me because I saw them dancing with women. Now I understand how easy it is to walk up to one of these groups, grab the girls hand and pull her away from them without saying a word. The first time I did something like that it completely shattered my reality. The bar is set a lot lower than you think.

What clubs/bars do you go to? I don't even go to these places anymore. I find the hottest club in the area and go on nights when the women outnumber the men. Usually ladies night.


If you're going out to a bar to pick up a woman do your homework. If you don't, you wind up like the rest of the afc population and you just gawk at the one HB8.5.

What a waste of a night. Say you only go out one night a week. Why waste it on a place like that. There are great clubs that know they gotta have pools of hot women in order to get business from men. Do some research and find those places.

There are places out there where the guy is the wounded animal you speak of..

LOL so true. Another killer is that if you accidentally bump into some of these guys they take it as an invitation to challenge you to a fight or get unnecessarily vulgar with you. I guess it's all of that built up angst. I try not to stare at girls at clubs. Playing cool and not looking like a desperate chode is essential.

Culture Club is loads of fun because I'm a huge 80's fan. I was there about a month ago.

Are you in Manhattan? Do you know this city has waaaay more single women then men? Hot women always go wherever rich men go.

I live about 1.5 hours south of Manhattan in Jersey.

My buddy lives in Yorkville and I was up there a few months ago.

I was STUNNED on the amount of attractive women on the street. I think I counted like 40 in a row until I saw an average or ugly woman.

I realized the reason for this is the girls in NYC (and people in general) CARE about their appearance and don't let themselves GET FAT.

One of the reasons I've come to loathe the bar scene to pick up women. Just not the type of place u want to find a date.......a fu#k, yes. But def. not a date.

There's exceptions to this, obviously.

But i def. do feel like one of the hyenas
