Hey, my biology teacher makes this smoothie thing, and i tried it, it was pretty good so i decided to share it with you all.
Ingredients:
1 bannana
6 strawberries
1tbs peanut butter (organic if you can)
1 tbs Flax Seed Oil (optional)
1 serving of chocolate protien powder
8oz. of chocolate soy milk.
Directions:
Stick in blender. Blend. Cool in fridge (or use cooled ingredients like frozen fruit, etc.) Drink.
This drink is high in protien and fat, and has some carbs in it. After a while, your body will learn to burn lipids better and you will loose body fat.
Have fun, and experiment with different fruits and different amounts
