Basically, the brush or fingertips are used to sexually frustrate her. It's not a tickle per say. Run your fingertips lightly, barely touching over your legs or stomach to feel what I am talking about. At first, you do this (or with the brush tip) on her legs and sides, then you do it by and over her nipples.
