You can use your finger tips if you can't afford 20$ for a soft, sable haired brush. The round ones are supposed to work much better than the flat, squared brushes. Basically, the brush or fingertips are used to sexually frustrate her. It's not a tickle per say. Run your fingertips lightly, barely touching over your legs or stomach to feel what I am talking about. At first, you do this (or with the brush tip) on her legs and sides, then you do it by and over her nipples. Slide down to her inner thighs and around or just over her pvssy and back up to her breasts. Breathe on her neck and maybe make a sexual noise in her ear. By this point she is teased and should be horny.

It's not something that is going to be a staple in your sex game, so don't expect too much. However, it does work to some degree.
