"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

**Was written yesterday (sunday 8th oct)**

I'm a very skinny guy (bmi dropped off the meter) and have always felt insecure looking at myself in the mirror, when close to women and around any guys who appeared to have a better shape than me.

Today, I got out of the shower and held my shoulders in a slightly different way - the difference was incredible. I had that V-shape that you get when you work out. Thats when I realised that most of my insecurity would go out of the window if I just sorted out my posture.

So thats goal number one...

Related to that one is working out regularly (3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday) - if I fix my posture and build some strength/muscle, I reckon my physical self-confidence will skyrocket.

I've been fortunate enough to have had one very beautiful girlfriend, but I think most of that was due to me being in the right place at the right time. I need to get a lot more comfortable around women.

So goal 3 is to introduce myself to at least 5 women I don't know every week at social events (parties/dancing classes/etc)

If an attractive girl gives me her number, I'll follow it up - thats goal 4. This one starts right now - this girl from my class gave me her number a while ago and I haven't used it yet. Here goes nothing. I'll let you know how it goes.

Finally, I need to spend less time watching porn and more time studying and hitting those personal goals. So thats number 5.

I'll keep you posted.

Yours in blissful anonymity,

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Sent that girl an sms yesterday - no reply - so failing a particularly good excuse/invitation on her part I'll leave it at that...

Went to gym this morning for some yoga - I definitely found myself in positions/postures I'd never been in before, so maybe in a couple of months my posture will be better! I noticed myself later in class with TERRIBLE posture and corrected myself, so I'm glad I went. I'll be there later to do my program.

Other than that I made plans to hit a salsa club with a friend on tuesday - hopefully it'll be a good vibe ;)

Laters,

So that girl turned me down eventually ;)

I need more options, I don't think I came across desperate in this case, but I just don't like not having any good options. I spent this evening organising some volunteering activities - there were some very cute girls there, but I had to shoot before business finished to finish my work.

Have to go to gym tomorrow instead - if I don't, or if I don't go to salsa and meet some girls - kick my ass. All of you!
