erm...wouldn't that just lower their self-esteem further? I'm no AFC, but it kinda seems like kicking someone when their are down. A low thing to do.

Not a bad tip...but incomplete. Hit it and then quit it, but make sure she knows exactly WHY you are leaving. If you make her aware of her esteem problem, she will be more likely to work on it. This creates better karma than simply breaking hearts left and right.
