Ok this Saturday night is when I'm going for a meal and drinks with a few friends etc... But some of you will already know if you've been reading my previous threads, that I was seeing a girl a few weeks ago and it all ended kind of weird texts just seem to become less frequent and it fizzled out... But my question is she's going to be at this meal... How should I act towards her ? As I still really like her. Should I ignore her.. Just say hi or let it be known that I don't appreciate being f***ed over ? It's going to be really awkward... Gonna go out this week by some fresh clothes etc.. So I look the part on the night. Oh and we was never exclusive just seeing each other... She could even have another fella! My last time I sent a text to her was a week today... With just general banter to which she never replied... So what's the best way to act on the night ? Thanks SS

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Act like a normal human being would, friendly.

Why would you try to make a scene at someone else's birthday meal and drinks extravaganza? Just let it be.

Like you said, you two weren't even exclusive.
It's only going to be awkward for YOU and you're the one making it awkward. I bet she'll be ABSOLUTELY fine while you'll be pining over her all night.

What part are you trying to look that night? Because trust me, she already has her mind made up about you.

Yeh I understand that's what I meant just be normal...I don't want to make a scene there's no animosity between us atleast I don't think there is...trust me I'm not gonna be pining over her! As for looking the par time an just looking smart (dress wise) not for her benefit for my own as there'll be other girls there aswell!
