Friend in trouble at the office. Need some advice.

Ok, My friend Office Jim was in the cafe last friday because it was Kosher Friday, and believe me the food is awesome. They were offering different drinks and such with every meal. My buddy Office Jim had a to do a presentation later that after noon so he had a little to much of his pre-game scotch and was slurring his words a little bit.

When he got to the front of the line and the cashier asked if he'd like Apple or Orange Juice, he slurred "No I don't like the juice." Some of our coworkers filed a complaint about it, now he might get canned.

I didn't tell anyone what he actually said, because one time he told me how much he hates the Mexicans.

How should I let my boss know that I want his job?
