“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Say for breakfeast, I fry and eat four eggs..are fried eggs healthy to eat when bulking, or are there other ways to cook them that are healtier?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I fvcking hate boiled or poached eggs and always eat them fried in butter or eat them scrambled. I grew up with fried eggs and bologna with toast.

Christ, now I'm starving . . .

Alton Brown says unsalted butter is vastly superior for your health than margarine or "low fat" substitutes.

yeh, if you're going to fry eggs, use anything that's transfat free and you'll be fine, it's not like there's that much grease involved.

One thing about eggs that freaks me out is when I bust the shell and pour the egg into the skillet, and I see what white gooey stuff, I always think that white stuff looks like chicken sperm. Does anyone know if it is sperm or not? I'd love to be proven that's it's not, so it wouldn't freak me out. I'm not joking, so don't laugh.

It's not, the albumin is pretty much just straight protein for the chick to assemble it's body from. Most eggs come from farms where the hens don't get knocked up. So the egg is more like a chicken menstration. Tasty :D

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If you're eating eggs every day, I'd suggest you switch to "Egg-Beaters" or onother whole egg alternative. Four eggs aday, every day can put a lot of cholesterol in your system. At 21 it won't effect you much, but in 20 years it will screw up your heart!

I also agree with Karma Sutra that butter is better for you than any of that fake crap.

let's suppose there's a strong non-hereditary component to "cholesterol levels" (a huge misnomer) and that what people call "cholesterol levels" actually are important for heart health (simon would dispute this, along with the late dr. atkins and others). dietary cholesterol has no impact on what people call "cholesterol levels" because what they really mean are the concentrations of cholesterol-binding lipids (LDL & HDL) that carry cholesterol through the bloodstream. the amount of dietary cholesterol you consume has no bearing on either one.
