"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I met this really cool chick and we clicked instantly. I haven't felt this way for anyone before in such a short period of time. We spent almost everyday together for a month over the holidays, and we were both experiencing a lot of stress from outside sources that at that time were not under our control. She started exhibiting this weird jealousy streak, which I know is natural if you like someone, but this went to a higher level. She was also starting to freak me out with her questioning of whether I was into marriage (not with her per se, although that was talked about). I've been married before which she found out early in our dating. I know that I don't want to marry at this moment, but in a few years when I am ready to settle, it is something I would consider. I have told her this several times, yet she still questions it.

I recently D&D'd her, or rather, suggested we take a step back from the relationship and gave her advice of what she needs to do for herself, and told her I needed to take care of myself. I don't think she is taking well to this. Did I do the right thing?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I think you should get more girls in the rotation. You don't have to be F-ing them just hangin out. 5 girls would be a good start. And don't worry about this girl, you should do whatever is best for you!!!!!!!!!!

Just change the subject when she brings it up. Just respond with "Married! You know how hard it is to tie down a wild stallion!"
