Friday 11/21

Breakfast - Eggs w/ salsa and cheese, and a hotdog
Lunch - Chef's Salad w/ Italian Dressing and a slim-jim.
After work - Not much, some peanuts I think
Dinner - Some tomatoes and cucumber, a few strips of bacon, and a pig piece of pork
Night - A small plate of cheese, a piece of celery with cream cheese, and a piece of celery w/ peanut butter

Exercise - 30 minutes jogging/walking on the treadmill

Saturday 11/22

Breakfast - Omelette with 2 hotdogs, cheese and salsa
Mid-morning - Snacked on peanuts while watching DVD's
Lunch - 10 Buffalo wings and a side salad w/ Italian dressing

I went to stay the night at my brothers, and we went out to eat. I cheated a little bit and had a draft beer while waiting for a table at a restaurant, also had a small rum and diet coke at the table.

Dinner - 2 pieces of grilled chicken covered in melted cheese and asparagus, and a big side of broccoli.

Exercise (early in the day) - 30 minutes jogging/walking on the treadmill

Sunday - 11/23

My brother had pretty much nothing I could eat for breakfast, so its a missed meal. I got some cheddar cheese and a slim-jim at about noon though before I headed back home.

Lunch - 2 McDonald's double-cheeseburgers without bread, and a side salad with Italian Dressing

Snacked on peanuts and lunchmeat/cheese throughout the day

Dinner - 6 big buffalo wings

No exercise.

Monday, 11/24

Breakfast - 2 hot dogs and eggs w/ salsa and cheese
Lunch - Same as breakfast, but only one hotdog. A tangerine, and grapes
After Work - Some nuts and lunchmeat
Dinner - Can't remember, but I am 100% positive it was 'legal'. If I remember I'll edit.

No exercise

Tuesday, 11/25

Breakfast - Hotdogs and eggs w/ salsa and cheese
Lunch - A salad with Ranch dressing, 2 and 1/2 McDonald's double-cheeseburgers without the bread
After Work - A small piece of steak and some broccoli
Dinner - A steak salad w/ Sour cream and salsa for dressing.

Exercise - 30 minutes on the treadmill

Tommorow is Thanksgiving, so I'll be having a cheat meal for Lunch . . I need to step up the exercise more now. My ankle is 100%, so no more excuses.

Well a few days later and another holiday over . . I did ok the last few days. A couple of days being good and exercising and a couple days letting my hair down I guess you can say. Back on track today . .
