I watched most of the video. I think she was the one who filed for the divorce. She may have been emotionally abused during the marriage but another time in the video she said it wasn't that bad. It's difficult to say what that marriage was like, but it is likely the marriage was somewhere between subpar and mediocre in quality.
The marriage was 23 years long and the total relationship was 26 years long. This is a woman who started a relationship at 19-20 and ended one at 45-46.
It's difficult to upgrade a man at 45-46 and beyond. She has 3 kids, and it seems at least 2 are 18+. It's likely all 3 are 18+. She also lives in Greenville, South Carolina. Greenville is in between Atlanta and Charlotte, and the metro area around Greenville might be considered a few hundred thousand in population. At best, it's considered a mid-sized metropolitan area. Greenville isn't a place like Atlanta or Dallas where there are a lot of men and a lot of high value men.
Speaking of high value men, it seems like her husband was making somewhere between $200,000 - $1 million per year when they divorced. Even if he was making on the low end of that ($200,000 - $300,000 per year), that's still very good, especially for Greenville, South Carolina. In Dallas, $200,000 - $300,000 is less impressive than Greenville, SC, but still a solid salary.
With adult children, she might not technically be considered a single mom, but she's not a good deal. Additionally, her 18-23 year old children likely require attention and some might have to return to live at home at some point.
In considering everything, she would have been better off staying in that mediocre marriage than trying to exit and upgrade at 45+.
She is above average looking for age but the baggage of 3 teen/adult children and her age doesn't make her much of a prospect, even for a non-marital girlfriend relationship.
She can get some mediocre man who is a downgrade from her ex-husband to commit to her. I could go into more detail on that, but there's no way she can upgrade in her city and with her previous baggage.
