I got back from the gym about 2 hours ago, and now my Pronator teres (Check it out here) are cramping up. Especially when I bend my elbows. It was only the right arm at first but now its both.

I did arms and back today, and I felt a lot of burn in my forearm when I was doin' seated dumbbel curls on an incline bench.

Is this normal, should i ice it? or is it too late. this has happened to my calves before but never my arms.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Massage it. Its your forearm, in easy reach. Yeah that muscle is most likely a stabilizer for those curls and you could have mishandled the weight and strained it.

Ok, after a pretty good nights sleep, they feel fine now, not even a little tender where they were cramping up. And my biceps are actually sore, which they havent been in a while.
