i want really beastie forearms. any advice?

i've thought about making a forearm roller. anyone had success with such a device?

Popeye had gigantic forearms and he ate spinach. So, I suggest the popeye spinach brand.



Notice that Popeye never uses a can opener. He just squeezes the tops off. That's what you should do too. It's a great forearm workout.

haven't seen a guy do a 500lb deadlift for 10 reps who had small forearms..

i just do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.

or you can try just standing there holding 100 lbs dumbells or something at the end of your work out.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE traning forearms. if only it felt the same training other parts.

after a forearm workout i can barely open and close my hand. i have to slap my penis against the wall if i want to jerk off.

reverse e-z bar bicep curls are excellent also. remember you can't put 19 inch wheels on a vw beetle though so wait for the flow on effect of the main routine for chest back and arms.
