For libido and general mood, proviron. Very safe TRT, very low or no sided effects. Does not shutdown... at resonable dosage. taken orally, no needle. relatively cheep. Only for low T issues, if other physical issues it will not solve, although a much higher libido might over ride some minor other issues. If useing this one, must be doing lifting/running to stay healthy.

I absolutely think giving up drinking, even for a few days, would make my EQ a lot better, and also help out with a myriad of other issues, however, one must consider opportunity cost. And for me at least, i'll take the weaker erections for a few drinks at night. I do do cardio daily, but only run one mile on the treadmill to warm up for my workout.

What laying off the sauce for 3-4 days? Youll get fuller erections and more explosive ejaculation.
