Starting in early May, I'm leading large groups on running excursions up Mont-Royal 4x a week ALL SUMMER LONG!
What you get when you register:
-'Beginner' runs 2x weekly
-'Intermediate' runs 2x weekly
-Dynamic, social and massively motivating group exercises
-Additional group-oriented cardiovascular and strength building exercises atop the summit (ie.the lookout...and sometimes on the stairs on the way up!)
-Post-run YOGA inspired cool down stretches and exercises administered by a bona fide YOGA instructor. This will be held on parc Mont-Royal.
