Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Freshmen girls are easy. They're impressed pretty easy. I mean, I wasn't even trying, and they ate up everything I told em. The highschool boys they've been dating don't compare to us.

Me and some buds went around the freshmen dorms talking to girls, inviting them to our party. We got good reception. We gave em our number, and told em to call a few hours before the party so we can tell em what to say to our bouncer to get in.

If you're gonna try this, be carefull not to get cought by the RA's.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Agreed! Im a senior in college, and the last couple years I have been able to pick up girls just because of my age / maturity. I would never date a freshman girl, but they are nice to hook up with.

Next year comes the big step when im out of college, and have to fend for myself in the real world.

Here is a good question...

I live on campus and we have 2 main hang out places with bars and clubs.
We have a movie theater that nobody goes to.
We have football games and parties.

Where do you invite girls when you want to hang out with them for the first time?

I know of some parties but JESUS do girls get run over by guys at parties and I just hate that competition.

I mean, we have places to eat and StarBucks.

I am not sure many girls will go hang out in clubs on the first date!

What kind of question is that?
Your room of course! Hang out, watch a movie, give her screaming orgasms, etc.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
