Here's what I have access to:

for breakfast:
scrambled eggs
hardboiled eggs
toast
hashbrowns
bread
salad stuff
cereal
milk

for lunch:
sandwich meats
grilled stuff
mashed potatos w/ skin
potato salad
regular salad
greens

what would be a sensible diet to bulk up on? i plan to do cutting after i bulk too..

help
