“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

not a problem, glad to help

I'll see about getting all the good fats in there. I'm not bothering with suppliments though. They are all overvalued imo.

Again, credit to industry for making the list originally.

Does anyone know if pork and lamb are good sources of protein? I believe fresh milk is too, right?

Personally I'm not a fan of milk. It's alright when bulking, but for cutting it messes my diet up completely. 2 glasses of milk and I need to swap some meals about. Not easy. I've replaced milk with cottage cheese. I used to have a few glasses of milk, but then I switched to the cheese. A heeped tablespoon gives you far less carbs [carbs in milk are almost all sugar too, cottage cheese has complex carbs], double the protein, and less fat.

Pork you should have once in a while. Personally I'm a lamb slvt, I love the stuff. If you cook it right, it's a fairly ok source of protein.

Though as has been mentioned, use them more as treats than daily things.
