Plus they are well practiced and skilled at small talk and flirtatious behavior. Helps them to build a following, keep their customers happy, and get good tips.
Not to mention they get paid to talk to you, and are likely to be attractive as well.

Didn't really care about the bar chic per se.......but buzzing with her rather than saying nothing created a vibe. My mate and I stayed at the bar facing the crowd having an ambient flow buzz with the bar girl.....yeah sure she's paid to chat.... is she paid to do shots with us on her.....no.....did this creat an ambiente flow buzz with chicks that came up to the bar....believe it.

Anyway, what you are saying simply reinforces what I was saying. I was responding to why Reykhel enjoyed talking to this bartender, he was wondering if it was her ambient confidence. I was trying to say the bartender is usually the easiest person to talk to because he/she is generally very friendly and social (for a variety of reasons). I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that.
