"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

My posture isn't great.
It's not mental but physical.

I would like to:

- have my shoulders sit back naturally
without having to pull them back all the time (impossible to do all the
time)

- bring hips forward

Main thing is shoulders.

Been lifting for ~5 years, know what I'm doing and looking for new knowledge.
Feel strong and serious about it. Would do surgery for it.

I want to try it all but I've literally got no money.

Went to a chiropractor and she said I had the worst posture she'd seen for my age. (probably due to very heavy computer usage, addiction really). But it cost £35 for an hour and did nothing. As someone who's used to putting my body through pain for gain it felt like a joke - what she was doing wasn't going to help and what motivation did she have to `cure` me; lost business? I left with no visual map of the muscles in my back that I needed for training. She seemed to think that sitting up properly is going to fix a bent back.

Some things I'm going to be chacking out:
- stretching
- yoga
- training

But I'm looking for more info, i.e. surgery.

What I would like is to push my shoulders back with a machine. I find it's very hard to stretch without assistance. I feel if I could step out of my body and do it myself I'd be able to fix it in time.

This is similar in severity to have I have:

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Could you put your brother in contact with me? I'd really like to know how he cured it --> jago25_98 at hotmail.com

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I actually just asked him about it. Just ask your doctor if he can get a specialised back brace for you, for your kyphosis. Thats pretty much all that was done, nothing else to it. The back brace then held his back straight and it got used to being in that position. If you got any questions, ill ask him for you.

Ah yes Seiza, numb toes and bruised ankles, I remember that ;) Damn I'm one bitter guy :D

Started on the exercises I linked to at TNation. Pretty good! Did all the part 4 I could at the gym - Next day mu shoulders were back naturally!

( went straight to the pic here and printed:

I'll check out the brace. Felt perhaps, maybe a brace makes the back get used to it so then when you take it off it gets worse? - or does it stretch you into a better position?

Anyway, I'm gonna check out a back brace for on the pull that Salsa dancers use!

Thanks for asking your bro, bro :)
