“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

What's the best way of going about finding a fitness buddy? Most of my friends don't give a s*** about what food they eat, so whenever I turn down pizza or something they think I'm f****** nuts. So I really have no one to crack down and eat/stay in shape with. Also, it's a sensitive subject so going up to my friends and asking them if they want to run/bike together would be kind of awkard, wouldn't it?

And on a side note, would it be better to find a male or female fitness buddy? Thanks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You turn down pizza! Are you crazy!! The whole eating ultra-clean thing is over-rated. I often eat KFC, McDonalds, Pizzas.. Dohnuts.. whole cooked chicken with the full skin on is currently my favourite delight mmmm.

I don't mean excess but treating yourself now and then with a pizza is no biggie!

Maybe you could try Craigslist or advertise in the local paper.. visit a few gyms, start a weekly running club or something and post the adverts around the gym if they will let you or in the paper again.

There might even be running/bike clubs you can join yourself in your area. Try <your town> bike club in Google or <your town> running club .. you will meet lots of like-minded folk, maybe even get yourself a whole other social circle that will enhance your life like nothing else.

Perhaps you will meet a young, intelligent chick who's in to fitness and finds your fresh face very appealing..... blah blah!

but won't these clubs be full of older men/women? I'm looking to meet someone around my age (18-21). I wish the University of Michigan had a bike/running club that wasn't as competitive. I also would love to have joined a ski club here, but the skiiers on the team are like nationally ranked.

p.s - I just made the pizza thing an example (I do eat pizza every now and then since 1 thin crusted cheese slice only has 130-40 cals)

I'm sure there's amateur clubs for most sports in your area or near, have a look and see. Talk to your local council, school and gyms and make inquiries.

It's not just old people trying to reverse the aging process at clubs you know! :)

Hm, why not just join a local gym and get down there? You're 18 right? There'll be other young guys down there as well, with similar aims to you, so you just go over and ask if you can train/cardio with them. And then you're like, so, what days do you come down here? Take their cell phone number, and begin meeting them at the gym/whatever. There you are, you have a training buddy  You can make some really good friends like this, and you know what, that *is* the usual routine for how friends are made. The only difference is, you'll be training together :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
