first job interview, help!

im going in for a job interview at banana republic
this is my first job/interview and its just for the position of sales associate. it isnt really anything big lol but im assming i should still dress up business-casually.

any tips/advice ??
also what should i wear? dress shirt(bold or striped?), dress pants, dress shoes.

anything i should know before the interview?
what can i expect during the interview?
should i follow up with anything?

i might be freaking out/thinking too much but it is my first haha and i want to get it right.

be five minutes early because that looks great.
if they make you fill out any forms, do it as neat as possible.
make sure you look your best, wear dress clothes for a retail job interview and make sure your shoes are clean. fix your hair.
smile and say yes sir or mam when you are asked a question.
if you are asked when you can start , a good reply is right away, i can start right now.
another good thing to say is " i may not have alot of experience, but i can learn fast and if you give me a shot, i wont let you down."

look at the interviewers face, try not to look down at the floor alot even if you are nervous.
and spit the gum out before you go in.

would it be bad to wear a more stylish dress shirt(like colored stripes) or should i just wear a plain dress shirt?
