"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Well, I had this conversation with this chick the other day. I got some really positive vibes about the end result, but today I am a little unsure of myself.

The context of the situation below centers around the fact that I would not justify her treating me as a brotherly or friend like figure. In fact, she intentionally compared me to her brother constantly, which I did not find comfortable at all and did not show.

Take in mind that this girl also knows my past experiences with girls, and that most of them havn't been good.

Here's the low down on the situation...

December 2003 - I leave calmly and exclaim that I am going to find something better to do when she starts to feel up her boyfriend right in front of me.

January 2004 - She tells me a month or two later later that she had a dream that she was playing with me by the pool and I pushed her in and tried to drown her. I asked her if she was afraid of me, and she said no. I told her that maybe she should just avoid me and pools and then left.

2. Jan. - Feb. - Every time that she sees me she wonders why I am ignoring her. I tell here that I am acting myself and that she is going through a phase where she thinks something is wrong and isn't, then I leave.

3. Day before Yesterday - She again approaches me, and starts telling me everything in the world that she thinks is wrong with me. She basically tells me that I act weird, and that girls I say are bad for me arn't really that bad. I get the impression that she is trying to "fix me up" or something. I tell her I don't like to be referred to as her brother. She goes and askes her boyfriend and even he agrees (except he says probably me moreso.)

4. Yesterday - I actually explain to her every little detail on why guys don't like to be compered to or referred to as "brothers." She tells me that it is actually a compliment by saying that she values her brother or something. I respond by telling her that when a girl compares a guy to her brother it's insulting considering that she is saying that his genetics are deformed, then I say that most girls by her age should know this by now and that it's not a good thing to say to a guy. I talk some about my first girlfriends, she says "You hate girls." I respond by saying that like all people some are bad and some are good. This is common sense, but I am fearful of another bad relationship nonetheless.

She then at this time blatently admits to me that she would definatelly date me and that there are other girls who would want to date me as well.

I say that I am going to the cafeteria since it is dinner time, and she waits for me patiently to walk with me. She opens the front gate and then says that a guy friend of hers always gets upset when she opens the door for him and insist that he open it. I tell her that he must be rather insecure, she agrees, and we have a nice conversation all the way to the cafeteria. Her boyfriend is the guy who checks people in at the cafeteria, so she stops to talk with him while I just go on.

Well, today I have seen her at the library and in the cafeteria, and she just sat with her boyfriend saying nothing, which is odd since she usually is the first to say anything to me.

While it might have initially felt good yesterday, I don't know.
I feel that I might have opened up to much to her as she understands some things about my past. I knew that there was a risk that she would think of me negitively afterwards, but I needed some closure one way or the other emotionally.

Don't hang around girls you like!! No such thing as girl-'friend'. Move on now that you told her you liked her. She said she would date you? Huh? Was she trying to console you.? Is she going to leave her b/f for you? How is this closure?

Don't hang around girls you like!!

Except for the incidence between her and her boyfriend that I stumbled upon, she sort of found me all the time so I don't really know if I can say that I hung out with her.

No such thing as girl-'friend'.

I agree, I didn't want to justify this...

Move on now that you told her you liked her.
She probably is thinking that right now

She said she would date you? Huh? Was she trying to console you.?

She might have been, but the "other girls want to date you" part I can believe.

Is she going to leave her b/f for you?

I'm not counting on that to happen

How is this closure?

She's in college and acts like she is 14 or 15 years old.
Perhaps maybe she will quit comparing me to her
brother for now on...

It is closure for you because you told her, albeit indirectly, you liked her. Never spend more than ten minutes on a chick to determine if she likes you!

Once again we have evidence that men and women cannot be "friends"

Look at it from the boyfriend's perspective. His girlfriend is constantly hanging around rgeere, thinking they were just friends, while rgeere was figuring a way to get her away from him... plus the girl plays her fun games with poor rgeere's heart by feeding him all those BS lines.

This happens constantly. The poor AFC boyfriend has to stand in a line taking tickets while his GF and rgeere walk up having a grand old time?

What is wrong with you people? This is BS..... you guys think you have a female "friend" when in fact these b1tches are just using you as thier chump supplicants!

Stop talking to her!

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Very true.

You have to tell her to sh!t or get off the pot.

Don't ASK her whether she is going to do something with you. Generate opportunities where you two will be alone together. Ask her to come help you clean your apartment or something and then make a move.

If she rejects you, then at least she knows that you are not a ***** to be mucked around with. She will at lease respect you for that, and she knows that any subsequent interactions between the two of you will be sexual.

You could be correct, I have suspecions that she is a lot smarter and has a better understanding of what is being said than she first appears or even acts.

This happens constantly. The poor AFC boyfriend has to stand in a line taking tickets while his GF and rgeere walk up having a grand old time?

Are you asking if this happens all the time? I've been with her when he wasn't around, but I don't normally run into him. In fact, I didn't know he was working in the cafeteria at that time.

What is wrong with you people? This is BS..... you guys think you have a female "friend" when in fact these b1tches are just using you as thier chump supplicants!

Chump supplicant? You mean like someone she has around to mess with?

Stop talking to her!

The thing is that she may have actually tried to create those kind of opportunities herself, but I never took hints and was too much of an AFC to react and she stuck me in the "BROTHER" zone.

In that aspect it's my fault...

Its simple

Next time she compares you to her brother look her straight in the face and ask her if she is good in bed.

She will say "what??"

Then you say "are you good in bed?
Then you say "you know if you and I had sex next fri night would I regret it?

Then you say" I mean are you a moaner or a screamer do you swallow?

You will know very shortly after that if she likes you in a sexual way.

And if she doesn't you just play it off with "you don't like me talking about sex? I don't like talking about being your brother...life is tough."

You can recover from any situation in life if you can divorce yourself from all that has happened before. The trick is that we carry with us a view of who we are based on how others have treated us and we project that. You project being her brother. You just need to project something else for a change until you like the results you get.

Its very easy as long as you are willing to project something else.

Ok, maybe there are a few things I should explain here...

During a certain semester that her current boyfriend did not attend school here she use to be around me all the time.

A few nights before the school dance I went with the red headed girl and three of her friends to a party at some teachers house.
The teacher wouldn't allow shoes in the house, so we went bare foot. She played footsy with me all night while another girl hit on me.

On the way home the red headed girl asked me if I was looking for someone to take to the school dance or had a girlfriend or anything.

I told her I didn't and actually told her why! Big mistake, I could only blame my big AFC self for not knowing any better!

That's when she started comparing me to her brother....

It turns out that during this semester that there were atleast three girls that wanted to go to the school dance with me.

Me, being the big AFC I was declined to not ask any of them out and didn't go to the dance.

Well, news got around that I had these girls that wanted to go out with me, and that I declined them.

The odd thing was that girls started to talk about me to one another. Girls were staring at me left and right in the cafeteria and saying hi to me while they walked by.

This red headed was one of the girls in question. In fact, I suspect she or another girl might have been the ones that spread the rumors to the other girls and got them interested in me also.

She would also always sit next to me in church, she would stare at me when I wasn't looking directly at her, she would sit next to me and flirt in the cafeteria, she would constantly try to get me to tell her about girls I liked or wanted to date.

Awefully odd that SHE would compare me to her brother and yet show all of these freaking signs, drove me crazy....

Her boyfriend came back last semester, and towards the end in december of last year was when I began having problems with her.

To my knowledge her boyfriend knows didily about what went on during the semester he was away, so I don't think she did any of this to make him jealous.

It probably means squat, but she also wrote to me letter and and told me she liked me or something last semester. Whether it's BS or not I am not sure.

I don't know what's going on, but I've decided just to move on; no girl if worth enduring this sort of crap....
