In my opinion almost all of these social media influencers are full of crap to some degree.

If you find a message that inspires you take it... otherwise focus on your own improvement. Wasting energy on trying to prove certain people are frauds does nothing for you.

I love listening to Goggins... his message motivates me... however I am the same age.... on TRT... and tried working out like him this spring and summer... my body essentially shut down.
