“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I am disgusted with the amount of mediocre things in my life. For too long I have been satisfied with the status quo because it made the people around me feel comfortable.

NO MORE!!
:nono:

I will finally go for what I want. It is time to build a body that is strong and aesthetically pleasing to me.

This journal will be used to record workout statistics and to analyze my progress as I travel this path to build a better body.

The workouts have already begun. My first posts will be coming soon.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Thanks for the support manish.

And trust me....I don't go to the gym to curl a 5lb dumbbell for two minutes and BITC* about the pain later ! :D

I go HARD!!:box:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

So on to my workout for today. (or least what I can remember)

Warm Up

3min Stairmaster (Max incline, Max resistance)

The warm up proved to be an excellent way loosen my body for squat work.

THE WORKOUT-----

Squats

1x5 @ 135lbs
4x5@ 165lbs

Bench Press

4x5 @ 165 lbs

Close Grip Bench Press

2x5 @ 95 lbs

4x5 @ 115 lbs

Sit Ups on Decline Bench

100 total

40 unweighted

20 w/ 25 lb plate

20 w/ 35 lb plate

20 w/ 45 lb plate

I also attempted to do deadlifts. I was so sure that I knew what I doing!

However I looked at the correct form of a deadlift after I got back from the gym and I realized that I didn't know what I was doing.

I will have the proper form on the deadlifts by my next workout session.

So far I am in my fourth week of consistent training and I have noticed small changes in physique (a little bit of muscle on my arms and chest).

But the most noticeable change has been in my coordination and strength. I played basketball the other day and for the first time my movements felt fluid and under control.

That is all for today.

The weightlifting continues later in the week!
