We do have choices available to us. However smart people around you will always be trying to control and manipulate the information you make those choices on. We've swallowed the red pill we've opened eyes up to 1 type of manipulation there r many others

Even "low intelligence" people will manipulate the information you are provided in order to extract from you or get you to do something or think something.

Similarly a man can delude themselves that their 4 inch penis is “good enough”, that having a low status doesn’t matter etc.

Women in the early days of humanity would have been saved when their men were murdered by another tribe. They would then become child bearing asset, essentially, of another tribes men.

They therefore evolved mechanisms to develop love with these men. To attach to them.
