There is this ex of mine that keeps asking for help,we are now "friends" here are the stats..

a) I offered my advice before about another guy
b) She thought it was good but never USED it
c) Now she is asking for advice AGAIN

What do I do? Knowing the first time she never used my advice and listened to me so its like me wasting my breath? Do I tell her she has gotta pay for advice now or what should I do?
