I ddnt email hert **** after standing me up, she the one that emailed me first thing in the morniing the next day, pllus we work together, never did once I set her a mmsg on her cell, just thought it would be polite, but u guys said otherwise, so I won't emaiul her anymore
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It depends on the situation. Early in relationships its best not to appear too keen for obvious reasons. If women see that you're NOT contacting them regulary then it tell them you have other things on your mind and they're not the center of your world. This is attractive for women.

I presume you just tell her you're not interested in her anymore when you see her. Don't be angry about it because it shows that you're hurt by "loosing" her. If you're calm and friendly saying it it'll have bigger impact.

Do not EVER bother to tell a woman that you are "on to her" or anything of that level. What is the point? Do you really think she will change?

All it does is display your weakness......the weakness of caring more than she does.....DLV. It makes you even LESS attractive. Move on with your own life and improve yourself, that is what an alpha would do. You make her question her own worthiness when you walk away in such a manner. And this is EXACTLY what she needs to be doing, questioning herself.

The way to deliver the message with the most impact to a woman who has disrespected you is to coldly and SILENTLY withdraw what she values most - your affection and attention.
