“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey I have noticed that almost everytime I work out, I feel like sh1t. What I mean by this is, in the weight room, my stomach starts to cramp up and I feel lightheaded. It actually feels like I am going to puke. The other day, I did throw up. I had to pull over and puke on the road. I don't know what the fvck my problem is.

The maximum time I spend in the weight room is two hours... but I hardly do that much time anymore.

Any ideas?

Sounds like some overtraining issues. I wonder how long you rest between workout days and 2 hour weightlifting workout is crazy, cut it in half.

sounds pretty normal to me. are you doing squats and deadlifts or some other heavy exercise? If you don't feel like throwing up after that you're lifting like a vagina. but yea 2hrs is more than excesive if you aren't taking the old vitamin s. if you're lifting hard, do it for 30-45 minutes.

What are you eating before your workout and how long do you eat before you work out? Also, what are you doing for hydration?

sounds like something is wrong with your nutrition, most likely undereating or not eating prior work outs

I have had that problem before and when it did happen it was because i had eaten something within the last couple of hours. when i go to the gym and don't feel sick it is usually because i have not eaten for about five hours or so.
