"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

This isn't me, but it's for someone I know who wants to lose and keep their weight in check. Is there anyone here with Type 1 Diabetes that has successfully lost weight?

For those who don't know, Type 1 Diabetes is a royal bytch to deal with. You need a certain amount of carbs, and you need to balance it with insulin shots to prevent your blood sugar from going too high or too low, or you'll fvcking die. This is serious stuff @Desdinova and requires a proper serious answer from a dedicated diabetes doctor.

It's life threatening.

I wish your friend well.
