I think this past week I discovered the true meaning of making it vs faking it to some level. I'm thinking back to the days when I used to get jokes prepared in my head or when i would always be begging for what is the correct C+F response for a given situation of mine. For several weeks I've been taking life in a light mood, finding the funny in little things, watching some comedy and never ever taking anything seriously. The result was I became a natural jokester, bringing up the mood of everyone and really has attracted some girls to me. I found that when you aren't preparing the **** beforehand the delivery is so natural, and it feels natural that I don't think you can really emulate it by faking it, because I myself really could see the difference after all this time.
Another thing I found was confidence. Of course you can be successful by faking confidence, and sometimes I was. But recently I played some basketball games after school near the school parks, and I can tell you I freakin' completely DOMINATED. We played 3 games of 16 (one point each shot no matter what) and **** one game I made half the points of my team!! I also made on average 4 blocks per game and always managed to block out and steal the ball from a leaner, more muscular guy on the other time. I friggin shut him out so bad, that every time I came near him when he had the ball he would pass it. The result? The whole week after that I had ++++++++ to my confidence or "swagger" i literally felt i could do anything and girls, guys, teachers, family everyone picked up on that and started paying more attention more respect to me. it was the most amazing feeling i had in my life, for playing over 1 hour of a silly ball throwing game i felt and really did become on top and i didn't give a **** what anyone thought about me.
So i know its been beaten to death by people on the board, but don't fake it, if you develop it you will really see the difference, and i'd just like to thank the few people on the board whose posting have really drilled this into my head and i hope i continue improving myself to be a true Don Juan
